Returns & Refunds Policy

At SLEEPY PAWS, we want you (and your pets!) to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, contact us at sleepypawsenquiries@gmail.com. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. pet treats or food)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Used toys or opened grooming items (due to hygiene)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to help with an exchange if the item is in stock.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24hr of receiving it. Send us a photo and a brief description—we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
